The Director will partner with business leaders, Ops Directors, Functional Leaders, Global Process Owners, Continuous Improvement teams, and IT leadership to identify opportunities to improve utilization of SAP's capabilities with the goals of increased revenue, improved margins, reduced operational costs, improved inventory, enhanced customer responsiveness, improved employee productivity, and accelerated decision-making through automation, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Lead the transition from SAP implementation to business value realization by improving business processes, reducing technical debt and customizations, creating reusable integration services, developing extension strategies that minimize SAP core modifications, create and lead the SAP AI roadmap utilizing SAP Joule and emerging SAP AI capabilities.
