Under the direction of and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing buildings and equipment of Cal Poly Partners’ including, but not limited to electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and automotive maintenance and repairs. Perform basic carpentry and construction tasks including but not limited to light framing, patching and repair of drywall and stucco, installation and repair of ceramic tile, small concrete projects, installation of signage and displays, millworks, finish and painting.
