Operates a variety of equipment such as, large tractors, zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, skid steer loaders with various attachments, asphalt rollers, concrete saws, crack sealers, and other equipment in maintenance of airport pavements, as well as vehicles and machines involved in airport pavement marking and related equipment to maintain Authority owned property. General Function: Under the general supervision of the Bowman Field Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, the Airfield Maintenance Technician I position performs a variety of maintenance activities to repair and maintain pavements, grounds, utilities, gates, and fencing on and around Bowman Field and associated facilities.
