Work with SMEs, business unit experts and other HR areas to develop, improve and configure business processes, security settings, basic and advanced report setups and final configurations to meet the HRIS need of the business and to improve employee experience. Proficient in a minimum of three of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off/Absence, Worker data, Onboarding), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.
