Assists with developing, coordinating, overseeing, and implementation of clinical nutrition strategic initiatives, projects, survey management, trainings, best practices, resources, and procedural guidelines in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing centers, and as may be directed by leadership. Provides onsite skilled nursing center visits to provide service and support for food service managers related to nutritional services and management.
