Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining a large, diverse, and complex adult education and vocational training system. Analyzes and refining systems requirements; translates systems requirements into applications prototypes; planes and designing systems architecture; writes, debugging, and maintaining code; determines and designing applications architecture; determines output media/formats; designs user interfaces; works with customers to test applications; assures software and systems quality and functionality. Job Description 
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems; monitoring system performance to ensure optimal uptime. 
• Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and providing support to end-users. 
• Implementing IT security protocols, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. 
• Planning and executing IT projects such as system upgrades, network installations, and software migrations. 
• Working with other departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies. 
• Setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and configuring devices and email systems.
