This leader owns the accuracy, speed, and compliance of closing, documentation, funding, boarding, servicing, and post-closing quality control, and serves as the operational partner to our lenders, credit officers, and branch teams in the St. Leadership and Service Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate loan operations staff, and build cross training across all three loan lines.
