This leader oversees the teams responsible for network infrastructure, Help Desk operations, and cybersecurity, providing direction and support to 11 employees through three direct reports that include our Network Lead, Help Desk/Operations Lead, and Cybersecurity Specialist. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for assisting the IT Director with developing and maintaining a long-range city-wide technology strategy subject to approval by the citys Technology Committee for adoption into the citys Information Technology Strategic plan.
