Our teachers build meaningful relationships, maintain high expectations, and create engaging learning experiences that help scholars develop confidence, critical thinking skills, strong character, and a lifelong love of learning. As a tuition-free public charter school serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade in Highland Park, George Washington Carver Academy believes education extends beyond academics.
