Ability to physically perform job duties, such as lifting student(s), toileting, removal of a student(s), blocking inappropriate behavior, implementing crisis intervention techniques, following student(s) to all activities, and participating with students(s) in those activities. Ability to define problems, analyze data, in collaboration with the classroom teacher and the behavior specialists to demonstrate the ablility to define problems and analyze data.
