Maintain and repair community systems, including HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord systems. In this role, you’ll handle preventative maintenance, respond to resident maintenance requests, and ensure the community is safe, functional, and welcoming.
