We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and hands-on Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts.This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive 15%+ top-line growth, while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in contract manufacturing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Sales Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key industries and customer segments in custom metal fabrication.</li><li>Lead front-line sales efforts including prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and budgeting.</li><li>Manage multiple sales channels including direct sales, digital outreach, and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Utilize CRM tools and sales technologies to drive pipeline visibility and conversion efficiency.</li></ul>Customer Relationships & Experience<ul><li>Champion a customer-first sales culture focused on long-term relationships and satisfaction.</li><li>Leverage industry contacts to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.</li><li>Personally manage key accounts and high-value opportunities.</li></ul>Marketing & Brand Development<ul><li>Oversee digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Collaborate on branding initiatives that position company as a leader in precision metal fabrication.</li></ul>Estimating & Quoting<ul><li>Align quoting processes with sales goals and customer expectations.</li><li>Implement tools and processes to improve quote accuracy, speed, and win rates.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure feasibility and profitability of quotes.</li></ul>Team Leadership & Development<ul><li>Build and structure a high-impact sales team aligned with company growth goals.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.</li><li>Foster collaboration between sales, estimating, and operations to ensure seamless customer handoffs.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>5+ years of sales experience in contract manufacturing or custom metal fabrication.</li><li>Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 30%.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>3+ years in a senior sales leadership role.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and related processes.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Sandler Sales Training or similar methodology experience.</li><li>Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in day-to-day sales and quoting activities.</li></ul>
