Assists head coach in developing and implementing an overall recruiting plan, including, but not limited to: identifying qualified students and talented athletes; communicating with prospects by phone, mail, e-mail; traveling to evaluate prospects, meet parents and high school coaches; organizing and participating in visits to campus by prospects. Knows and complies with the rules and regulations of the Ivy League and NCAA and works to stay abreast of rule changes, applications and interpretations; actively seeks to ensure that athletes and Dartmouth Athletics representatives are informed of and comply with Ivy League and NCAA rules.
