Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred) Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related apps. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory • Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions • Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory.
