p>As our Educator RN, Medical Surgical Surgery Telemetry, In accordance with our mission and core values of integrity, compassion, collaboration, and excellence, this position is established to serve as a consultant/resource professional by providing staff development expertise as an educator, facilitator, change agent, leader and researcher, ensuring all educational initiatives are strategically aligned with the Medical Surgical/Telemetry department's operational goals and facility leadership priorities. Facilitation of the educational process includes assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment, continuing education and leadership development, in close collaboration with the Medical Surgical/Telemetry Leadership Team.
