As an RN Unit Supervisor for the Telemetry Unit, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care for individuals requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Participates and supports the plans in place for selection of staff, evaluation of staff, orientation of new staff, continued education and development of staff, competency evaluation of staff, appropriate scheduling of staff based on patient acuity.
