Required skills include: Medical ICU, Telemetry, ECMO, CRRT, arterial line management, ventilator management, central line care/management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, continuous IV sedation, continuous IV paralytics, vasoactive drip titration, CVA/Acute Stroke management, CVVHD/CRRT, pulmonary artery/Swan Ganz monitoring, ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain (EVD), and traumatic brain injury management. The unit is supported by a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretaries.
