Paid professional experience working on or with computer hardware and computer operating systems, including both Microsoft and Apple products; Paid professional experience with technology infrastructure used or supported in an educational setting, preferably in higher education; Paid professional experience configuring or troubleshooting: Crestron/Extron control hardware, video-conferencing systems, video projection equipment, audio mixing equipment, audio amplification equipment, HD television equipment, digital signage hardware and software, lecture capture, video streaming, and/or presentation gateways; Paid professional experience reading wiring diagrams, equipment schematics, and/or building blueprints. Ability to navigate relationships with diverse populations; Must be able to operate computer equipment; must be able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift and move 50 lb components; must be able to relate with faculty, staff, students, and administrators of the college from diverse backgrounds; must be able to communicate verbally and in writing; must be able to physically perform the duties of the position to include the ability to work in various locations.
