While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods, including patrolling on foot over stairs, curbs, and uneven outdoor surfaces for the majority of an eight (8) to twelve (12) hour shift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The position enforces all rules, regulations, and policies of the College; conducts foot and vehicle patrols; controls access to College facilities; responds to alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents; de-escalates conflict; and documents all activity through accurate written reports.
