The Site Supervisor must both learn and ensure staffing of multiple posts relating to the physical security of Customer's properties, by monitoring a detection, intrusion monitoring system, a Close Circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring system, visitor processing, and administrative services. In accordance with the Constellis Progressive Disciplinary Policy, the Site Supervisor is expected to counsel/discipline employees related to performance/conduct issues (as necessary), recommend suspension or termination for serious violations.
