Responsibilities: Producer/Director: Conceptualize, script, direct, shoot, and edit assigned GMU-TV productions; Meet with supervisor and/or assigned clients to receive production briefs and clarify scope; Develop production concept/strategy and production schedule in collaboration with the General Manager/Executive Producer; Serve as primary producer and director for assigned productions; Supervise assigned production crew members on specific productions; Ensure all assigned projects and tasks are completed within the deadline; Manage multiple projects, and edit, design, and produce multi-media programs; Follow up with General Manager/Executive Producer to ensure all completed projects are reviewed in a timely manner; Explore new options and suggest ideas for production improvements.
