Overview:
<p>This position partners with the Accounting and Finance team to maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger system as well as related sub-systems. This position will also be expected to assist with the preparation of accounts payable, and other external reports.</p>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Processing of accounts payable, including processing of approved invoices, creating intercompany billings and posting entries as appropriate, and maintaining accounts payable records.</li><li>Vendor maintenance</li><li>Process various journal entries including but not limited to: accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaid assets, and accrual accounts.</li><li>Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting and with responding to requests from internal and external auditors and examiners.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proficient reading, writing, math, and analytical skills. Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.</li><li>Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.  </li><li>Proficient PC skills; strong Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in team environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform daily operational tasks such as data entry, account updates, and document processing with accuracy and timeliness.  </li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Respond to basic inquiries from internal teams and assist with customer service support. </li><li>Maintain organized records and assist with documentation for audits and reporting. </li><li>Support team members with special projects and department initiatives as needed. </li><li>Help maintain current written procedures for assigned duties. </li><li>Identify and recommend process improvements. </li><li>Support deposit escrow products including account setup, maintenance, and reporting. </li><li>Support IOLA/IOLTA account management, ensuring proper titling, interest processing, and state reporting. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and support customer service teams with escrow-related inquiries. </li><li>Support operational and customer service functions related to IRA and HSA products. </li><li>Partner with internal teams for training, documentation, and system updates. </li><li>Support management of abandoned assets; ensuring procedures are followed. </li><li>Maintain data integrity and accuracy for customer accounts and manage quality assurance of submitted correspondence and documentation. </li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and laws such as conducting proactive and regulatory outreach to customers.  </li><li>Conduct due diligence outreach and maintain accurate reporting. </li><li>Collaborate with legal, audit, and external agencies to resolve inquiries and maintain data integrity. </li></ul><p>Support Activities </p><ul><li>Provide assistance to Retail and Branch staff with account setup and maintenance. </li><li>Help escalate and resolve basic issues related to deposit products. </li><li>Assist with training sessions and documentation updates under supervision. </li><li>Participate in system testing and updates in collaboration with IT and senior staff. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
