Repairs can include but may not be all inclusive of minor repairs and/or replacement of plumbing repairs such as fixtures, valves, flushometers, traps; electrical repairs to fixtures or devices, defective bulbs, switches, fuses and receptacles in buildings; HVAC work and repairs such as regulate steam or hot water equipment, thermostats; assist with other HVAC, carpentry, painting and other building related mechanical and structural devices).
