Basic qualifications* Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain* 2+ years of experience managing domestic and international freight in a manufacturing environment* Demonstrated experience coordinating LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipments* Working knowledge of shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms and how commercial terms impact cost, risk, and lead time* Proficient using basic computer tools such as spreadsheets, email, and shared documentation systems* Strong communication skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams* Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasksBonus qualifications* Experience tracking freight spend and identifying cost reduction opportunities* Comfortable pushing a fast but sustainable pace* Enthusiasm for boating and clean energyAt Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status.
