Coordinates project closeout, including final inspections, testing, punch-list completion, acceptance, payment, required documentation, staff training, record updates, and warranty follow-up. 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing public infrastructure, building construction, renovation, or facility-maintenance projects; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
