Serves as a corporate liaison working closely with Region Directors, Senior Management, Marketing, Training & Education, Research & Development, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Reimbursement, Customer Service, and Technical Service and as appropriate other departments to provide the highest level of service to customers. Effective and timely management of business processes, including customer contract negotiation, price quotes, customer complaints, monthly reports, TAP's, Blue Sheets, Partnership Summary, SFA, RMA, expense management and Concur expense reporting.
