A high school diploma or GED; AND at least six (6) years of experience in any combination of the following: assisting in the design of construction plans, monitoring construction projects by conducting materials testing, project inspection, and documentation; AND must have current, valid certifications in ACI Field 1, ACI Strength, & WAQTC, and asphalt certifications in the form of LabCAT Level A, B, and C. Substitutions: Combination of at least six (6) years of experience and education that includes: Coursework from a U.S. accredited college or university in chemistry, construction management, engineering, engineering technology, mathematics, project management or another field of study related to the duties of this position will be considered.
