Supports quality assurance efforts for both custom-developed and vendor software solutions using manual and automated testing approaches. Collaborates with developers, business analysts, and platform teams within Agile delivery teams to validate functionality and improve product quality. Leads or mentors less experienced testers while helping define QA standards and automation strategies. Ensures applications maximize business value by validating performance, usability, accessibility, and security compliance.Education & Experience Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. • U.S. Citizenship required. • Ability to obtain and maintain favorable interim and final Department of Defense background investigation clearance. • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles. • Experience performing manual and automated testing for web-based applications and APIs. • Experience developing and maintaining test cases and scripts using tools such as ALM or JIRA. • Experience working with automated testing tools such as Katalon RTE, TOSCA, and Selenium. • Experience working with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS and WAVE. • Experience establishing quality assurance standards and testing processes. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira issue tracking. • 1+ year automating web applications and APIs.
