Ability to translate complex QA and fintech concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences; Russian language (some of our students speak Russian); Fluent spoken and written English; Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented facilitation style; Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently; Time commitment: able to devote ~10 hours per week.
