We perform a wide variety of surgical procedures including abdominal and thoracic surgery, bariatric surgery, cleft, craniofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgery, colorectal surgery, cardiac surgery, ENT surgery, fetal surgery, burn treatment, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology surgery, gynecologic procedures, transplant surgery, and urology surgery. Helps to create orientees' weekly orientation goals based on current level of clinical experience and available learning experiences; participates in progress tracking meetings together with leader/manager and educator to communicate on progress of orientation, areas for opportunity, and readiness of the orientee to enter practice independently.
