Assists in operating underground piercing tools, small air boring machine, paving breaker, air drill, tamper, hot saw, hand tools, pipe fusion equipment, and other related tools to install, remove, maintain, or replace water distribution facilities (pipe, services, valves, hydrants, etc.).
