Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities * Check and communicate oil level to teammates * Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation * Fill out Electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection forms * Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary * Complete vehicle inspection * Rotate tires, torque lug nuts, and relearn TPMS * Replace oil andoil filter * Clean and lubricate fittings as needed * Providing excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customers' perspective comes first Qualifications * Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities * Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve * Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * High School Diploma or GED * One year in a service department preferred, but not required * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits * Hourly pay plus bonus based on productivity * Health Plan * Dental Plan * 401 (K) w/ Matching * Paid Time Off * Opportunities for advancement * Paid Training * Uniforms Provided.
