Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Intermediate knowledge of commercial loan documentation and various loan structures such as commercial real estate, asset-based lending, general C&I lending, and a wide array of commercial non real estate transactions. Intermediate knowledge of due diligence requirements related to commercial loan transactions including but not limited to corporate documentation, leases, subordination agreements, property management agreements, franchise agreement, borrowing bases, and titles.
