Operates heavy equipment to excavate and compact earth, cut roadways and ditches, remove trees, grade land, build ponds, build roads, load/unload materials, move/haul materials, maintain County properties, install pipe and perform other general or specialized functions of the Public Works Department. May operate dump trucks, service trucks, and other trucks, motor graders, bull dozers, bob cats, front-end loaders, skid steers, bush hogs, back hoes, track hoes, rollers, packers, compactors, trailers, tractors, low boys, fork lifts, etc.
