Base pay commensurate with experience. Eligible foradditional sales commission and/or sales incentive bonus <h5>Job Responsibilities: </h5><ul><li>Advise clients on product attributes and qualities as related to their needs -- through networking, observing and analyzing market trends and using personal judgment </li><li>Identify potential clients and create strategic client-centric marketing plans (including but not limited to such matters as who to visit, when and how many times to visit). </li><li>Cold call potential clients, using customized sales and marketing scripts that developed on a client-by-client basis. Create pre and post client visit reports, assess purchasing potential of client and deliver analysis to senior management. </li><li>Collaborate on the creation and development of company's "core message" to clients. </li><li>Develop event strategy, lead and organize events for your specific clients with full discretion over budgets and invitees. </li><li>Prepare sales documents in order to initiate and close sales. Collaborate on the creation of layouts for installation from the design perspective. </li><li>Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. </li></ul><h5>Job Requirements: </h5><ul><li>Must have strong relationships with interior design clientele. </li><li>Must possess a strong interest in the interior design trade as well as interpersonal, communication and computer skills. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of carpet qualities, attributes and manufacturing techniques preferred </li><li>B.A. / B.S. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting Trade Compliance Management by ensuring export and/or import compliance with U.S. Department of Commerce, State, Customs, and other government agencies regulations.  Reporting to the Senior Trade Compliance Manager, the ideal candidate will have the ability to understand US government regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Anti-boycott Regulations, US Census, and Customs Regulations. This position is based on-site in our Fort Lauderdale, FL location.    **Important Notice:   Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.  Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Conduct internal audits and provide feedback and guidance to improve and maintain satisfactory compliance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Support and maintain an export-related record-keeping process for all transactions at HQ and subsidiaries, as required by law.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Determine and maintain import/export classifications, tariff classifications, U.S. Customs entry, and licensing information and requirements used by the Company.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Properly classify parts, and technology using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. (HTSUS), the Schedule B, the Export Administration</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Handle Census, BIS, OFAC, and Customs correspondence as required.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Maintain export licensing and license-exemption records in the Company’s database.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Coordinate with program personnel to obtain export/import application information and review provisos on licenses and agreements to ensure business and customer requirements can be met by the license or agreement. </li><li style="margin-bottom:13px">Periodically review sanctions and embargo rules and regulations to ensure compliance.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:8px">Request, receive, and review “Know Your Customer” (KYC) information for customer/vendor screening and approval.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:8px">Handle and conduct global Denial Party Screening Process at branch and
