Bachelor''s Degree and 10 years of experience in banking and/or trade finance experience, with leadership responsibility in trade finance, structured trade, transaction banking, or a closely related business OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in banking and/or trade finance experience, with leadership responsibility in trade finance, structured trade, transaction banking, or a closely related business. This role is responsible for the end-to-end trade finance business across all First Citizens clientele, including sales strategy, revenue growth, product strategy and delivery, risk management and controls, team leadership, and close partnership with banking and credit teams.
