You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.</li><li>Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open positions.</li><li>Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations to tap into emerging talent.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to facilities management and engineering recruitment.</li><li>Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics.</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Work with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a recruiter, <strong>preferably in building/facilities management or commercial skilled trades.</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of the facilities management and facilities engineering industries.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.</li></ul>

Applications are currently being accepted for the following skilled trade positions: </p><ul><li>Electrical </li></ul><h5>Responsibilities </h5><p>Ability to read electrical schematics and effectively trouble-shoot electrical controls. Experience with robotics is a plus. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Determine job materials and tools to complete job tasks.
