As a national leader in inspections, energy testing, and engineering for homebuilders across the United States, we are dedicated to providing a client-centered approach to construction without the typical stresses and burdens of the industry.Daily Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct inspections on homes under construction to ensure quality and code compliance</li><li>Test and verify energy performance of homes to meet local, state, and national requirements</li><li>Collaborate with homebuilders to achieve quality and energy compliance goals</li><li>Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>3-5 years of residential construction experience</li><li>RFI Certification (Must have)</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces</li><li>Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation</li></ul>Nice to Have Skills:<ul><li>Certified HERS Rater or Field Tester</li><li>IRC Certified</li></ul>Company Information:Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. is a privately owned professional services business based in Richardson, TX.
