Working with the Director, the Assistant Director holds primary responsibility for the management, planning, implementation, and ongoing operations of the College of Engineering Tutoring Center, including: the first-year tutoring schedule; upper-class tutoring schedule; Chemistry Review and Physics Review Sessions; the hiring, training, and managing the team of Tutors and Scheduling Coordinators/Front Desk team; as well as ongoing reporting and assessments of Tutoring Center services; and updating of Tutoring Center website. Plans, creates, and implements first-year tutoring schedule, upper-class tutoring schedule, and Chemistry Review and Physics Review, addressing trends in student support needs and ensuring adequate offerings and Tutor staff to support services in Boston and across global network.
