Job Description<ul><li>Manage accounting team and oversee daily operation</li><li>Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and reconcile subledgers</li><li>Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and analyze various monthly financial reports</li><li>Prepare quarterly consolidation package</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning</li><li>Ensure timely filing of Sales, Income and Other taxes working with external advisors</li><li>Gather necessary information from subsidiaries and affiliates for group tax filing</li><li>Support year-end audit by preparing various schedules and eliminating journal entries</li><li>Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting</li><li>Maintain a positive working environment that reflects the company's values</li></ul> QualificationBachelor's degree in accountingPrevious public accounting experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in supervisory role and/or CPA designationProficiency in Microsoft Office and automated accounting systemsExcellent time and project management skills
