Responsibilities: Assess: Learning needs, design, develop trainings utilizing various tools, i.e. AI, in various modalities, implement, facilitate and evaluate inclusive trainings and organizational development materials—such as participant guides, manuals, workbooks, presentations, surveys, assessments, videos, hybrid, live in-person and webinar demonstrations—which accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. Job Summary: Job Summary: The Learning and Development Trainer in partnership with the Senior Director, Talent and Learning and Development and business partners will support the Learning and Organizational Development of all Essen team members (clinical and non-clinical) and be responsible for assessing the need, designing, developing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating diverse learning programs.
