This position builds and maintains trusted relationships with individuals, community organizations, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to promote awareness to promote awareness and use of 988, identify barriers to crisis care, and identify, communicate, and elevate community needs and perspectives. Collaborate with LGBTQIA+ community organizations and subject matter experts, including Spectrum Center Spokane and Odyssey Youth Movement, and other community organizations and subject matter experts to develop, maintain, and update resources for 988 staff and help seekers.
