You'll: Conducts and records on-the-job training for new hires, cross-training, and continuous learning for existing employeesUpdate and maintain training materials, manuals, and job aidsEvaluate employee's training performance and provide feedback to supervisorsMaintain accurate training records and track employee training statusCommunicate training needs with production managers and qualityParticipate in the onboarding of agency associates, new hire orientation, and plant training sessionsProvide hands-on demonstrations, education, and performance feedback for production processes.
