The Technical Trainer will work closely with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, Cybersecurity, Field Support, program teams, Government customers, and other subject matter experts to develop technically accurate and operationally relevant training. The Technical Trainer will independently manage assigned training projects and processes, coordinate technical reviews and customer inputs, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to training content, delivery methods, and supporting documentation.
