Specifically, the Life Skills & Entrepreneur Trainer shall cause 14-29 year old South Los Angeles County young people (with an emphasis on individuals who present with barriers to employment) to successfully graduate from Brotherhood Crusade’s workforce development program, which includes Brotherhood Crusade’s Stepwise Employment Experiences pathway, and be well-prepared to secure, thrive in, advance in and sustain employment in a living wage or more highly-compensated career or entrepreneurship.
