Skills 8+ years of experience in Mainframe Development Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 Strong experience working with Membership and Billing systems Experience in the Health Insurance / Insurance domain is highly preferred. Ability to understand and address Membership and Billing-related business questions Strong understanding of Mainframe applications, development, debugging, and production support. Collaborate with clients, vendors, business teams, and technical teams. Validate vendor-provided information and ensure technical requirements are properly addressed. Participate in requirement discussions, technical reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
