A Special Education Teacher with experience signing American Sign Language (ASL) or Signing Exact English (S.E.E.) is sought to collaborate with outstanding colleagues, including Teachers of the Deaf, interpreters/teaching assistants, an audiologist, a speech language pathologist, and administrative team. Founded in 1982, Northwest School for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Children (NWSDHH) uses Signing Exact English (S.E.E.) and oral communication to prepare deaf and hard-of-hearing children (D/HH) to be self-confident, articulate and academically competitive learners, and engaged community members.
