Motivate, coach, and provide feedback to Delivery Associates during Training • Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station and have reliable transportation • Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle • Effectively operate a GPS • Associate may be required to gain DOT Regulation Qualification as a condition of the role • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required. Key job responsibilities • Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in-station classes and drive-alongs • Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training related activities.
