Education• High School Diploma (Required) or• Bachelor''s Degree (Preferred) Experience• 5+ years Domestic Freight Forwarding experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Experience training new employees a plus High• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with speaking in front of a large group of people High• Patience working with new hires that all have different experience levels and learning abilities High• Proficient understanding of all Domestic Ops processes including customer service, door to door routing, tracking, and billing.
