Collaborate with Assistant Director to provide ongoing, program-wide, Wraparound-specific trainings to enhance Wraparound fidelity, workforce development, and client care. Collect and analyze outcomes and post-discharge data (e.g., number of clients returning to a higher level of care vs remaining stable in community, etc.).
